  • Please present a valid SAFRA Card/e-Card via SAFRA mobile app upon collect or delivery if requested. 
  • A minimum advance order of three (3) days is required prior to the preferred collection date.
  • No cancellations, amendments, or refunds are permitted once an order has been confirmed.
  • Self-collection is available daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mooncake Counter, Orchard Hotel Singapore Lobby.
  • Self-collection is available from 17 August to 25 September 2026.
  • The final order date is 25 September 2026, or earlier if stocks are fully allocated.
  • Delivery option available with fees: $30+per location, subject to number of boxes. Delivery time is subject to availability.
  • Surcharge for deliveries to restricted locations (e.g., Sentosa, MBS, Camps, Jurong Island, Cargo Complex).
  • Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever is applicable.
