  • Please present a valid SAFRA Card/e-Card via SAFRA mobile app upon collect or delivery if requested. 
  • Please note that orders made through the website are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from them.
  • Prices are inclusive of prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST).
  • Orders should be made 3 days in advance.
  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the order has been confirmed.
  • Packaging boxes are designated by mooncake type and are not interchangeable.
  • All items are subject to availability. The management reserves the right to replace unavailable items with items of equal or lower value.
  • Collection is available at the Mid-Autumn Booth (Hotel Lobby) from 21 August to 25 September 2026.
  • Delivery is at $35 nett per location, between 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm. Complimentary delivery with a minimum purchase of 50 boxes.
  • Delivery slot(s) are subject to availability. Undelivered mooncakes can be collected personally at the Hotel’s Mid-Autumn Booth (Hotel Lobby).
