Are you ready to embark on the quest to redeem a $10 SAFRA club e-voucher?
From 22 Nov till 31 Dec 2025, SAFRA members can collect a quest card at the Customer Service Counter at any SAFRA club and complete all questions correctly to receive a $10 club e-voucher. The club $10 e-voucher will be issued to the member in the e-voucher module via the SAFRA mobile app / m.safra Portal upon verification from our Customer Service Officers.

Please create your mySAFRA account, download SAFRA Mobile App and log on to the SAFRA Mobile App or m.safra.sg before redeeming the selected club vendor $10 e-voucher at the participating outlet.
Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WIFI on their smart devices as the participating outlet location’s WIFI may cause an interruption to the redemption process. Kindly also ensure that you have granted SAFRA Mobile App to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.
