Only 1 promo code can be applied to each booking. Users must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the promo codes. Applicable to signed-in Trip.com members only.
Hotel promo code is only applicable to selected hotels. Applicability shall be determined by the actual promo code availability displayed in the promo code section on the booking entry page at the time of booking submission.
Flight promo code amount is calculated based on the ticket's base fare plus applicable taxes and excludes all other fees, charges, and surcharges.
Different hotels/room types may have different cancellation policies. Please read the cancellation policies for the specific hotels/room types before booking.
In the event of a refund or cancellation, any refund will be based on the actual amount paid. The value of the Promo Code used will not be refunded.
