Mat Pilates is a mind-body exercise that requires core stability, strength, and flexibility, and attention to muscle control, posture and breathing, tailored to a spectrum of fitness goals, ages and abilities.

  • All participants will be contacted regarding class commencement within three days prior to the start of the term. Registration should be completed at least seven days before the term begins.

  • Participants are advised to bring their own water for hydration.
  • Participants are advised to be in appropriate attire.
  • Those with underlying medical conditions or injuries must obtain medical clearance from their doctor or therapist before participating.
  • Participants should have prior experience and confidence in Basic Mat Pilates before joining the Intermediate Pilates class.
  • For hygiene purposes, please bring your own yoga mat.
