Please Note:

  • The course schedule is subject to change.
  • All participants will be contacted regarding class commencement within three days prior to the start of the term. Registration should be completed at least seven days before the term begins.
  • For registrations submitted within seven days of the term start or during the term, please email Jasmin at cjasmin@safra.sg and/or Shi Hui at wshihui@safra.sg. Please note that such registrations are subject to confirmation via email regarding class commencement.
  • Participants are advised to bring their own water for hydration.
  • Participants are advised to be in appropriate attire.
  • Those with underlying medical conditions or injuries must obtain medical clearance from their doctor or therapist before participating.
  • Participants should have prior experience and confidence in Basic Mat Pilates before joining the Intermediate Pilates class.
  • For hygiene purposes, please bring your own yoga mat.

Valid reasons for accepting refunds

  1. Medical reasons
    • Serious illness, injury, or hospitalization (Requires a medical certificate or doctor’s note)
  2. Family emergency
    • Death or critical illness of an immediate family member
  3. Program cancellation or schedule changes
    • Class cancelled by the SAFRA or Course Provider
    • Significant changes to class time, location, or instructor that prevent attendance
  4. Administrative or enrolment errors
    • Student enrolled in the wrong class or level due to provider error
    • Duplicate enrolment or system issues
  5. Extraordinary or unavoidable circumstances
    • Natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events

With effect of 1 April 2026, following refund request will not be accepted:-

  • Personal scheduling conflicts
  • Lack of interest or motivation
  • Forgetting classes
  • Travel or vacation plans

*Participant may request for make-up lessons from course provider if schedule is available.
