Revised Timings for Release of SAFRA Facility Booking Slots

Dear SAFRA member,

SAFRA will be revising the timings at which various facility booking slots are released to enhance members’ experience. Slots will be released for booking during the day so that technical support can be better rendered should members experience any issues during the booking process. The timings will also be staggered for various facilities to ease traffic on the booking system.


Starting from 14 June 2021, the timings for the release of booking slots for the usage of the following facilities from 21 June 2021 onwards will be revised as follows:

1. Are the revisions in timings for the release of facility booking slots permanent?

SAFRA will continue to monitor user experience and system performance over the next six months to make any necessary improvements along the way.

 

2. What should members do if they encounter any issues with the facility booking system?

For technical support, members may write to https://m.safra.sg/feedback. Members may also contact the respective SAFRA clubs’ customer service counters from 9am to 9pm daily. For more details on how to contact our clubs, visit www.safra.sg/locations.

3. When can members book SAFRA club facilities considering the revised timings for the release of facility booking slots?

Bookings for the usage of facilities that remain open will be made available to members seven (7) days ahead of their intended date of usage.

 

For example, for the usage of SAFRA’s outdoor tennis courts and Indoor Air Weapons Range on 21 June 2021, booking for slots will be made available from 14 June 2021, 1300hrs.

4. When will the remaining facilities be reopened?

 

SAFRA is monitoring the situation closely. The safety and well-being of our members and the community remains our top priority. SAFRA will strictly adhere to all safe management measures and guidelines issued by the Multi-Ministry Taskforce or relevant government agencies. 5. What will happen if the Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) period and restrictions are extended?

The booking system may reopen at a later date for affected facilities if the tightened measures under Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) are further extended. More details will be provided to members when available.
