2026 kicks off with a dynamic line-up of experiences at SAFRA that celebrate preparedness and community.

Ring in the new year by standing united at SAFRA’s Total Defence 2026 on 31 January and 1 February across all SAFRA clubs, where the theme Learn, Play, Protect: Be TD Ready! comes to life through engaging activities that highlight the spirit of National Service, unity and shared responsibility.

Rounding off the season, Gallop Into The Lunar New Year with SAFRA invite all members and their families to celebrate traditions and build connections through festive workshops, games, performances and exclusive rewards, reinforcing the importance of social bonds and community resilience. Together, these events reflect SAFRA’s commitment to bringing NSmen, families and the wider community together, because resilience, readiness and strength begin when we move forward as one.

This 31 January and 1 February 2026, SAFRA’s Total Defence 2026 invites everyone to come together under the theme Learn, Play, Protect: Be TD Ready! — a vibrant showcase of what it truly means to be prepared as a nation. Being “TD Ready” goes beyond readiness in times of crisis; it is about embracing the spirit of National Service, strengthening unity, and taking pride in our shared responsibility to safeguard Singapore.

Anchored on the theme Learn, Play, Protect, the event invites all Singaporeans to experience Total Defence through hands-on and meaningful ways. Learn by taking part in workshops, tours and contests that deepen understanding of Singapore’s defence journey — from military heritage and first aid to cyber safety. Play through interactive games, cultural fairs and family-friendly activities that build camaraderie and celebrate our shared resilience. Protect by putting values into action, whether through hands-on workshops, blood donation drives or emergency preparedness sessions.

Together, these experiences bring the six pillars of Total Defence to life, reminding us that Singapore’s strongest defence is its people.
