Exercise SG Ready 2026 - Disruption Simulation Exercise

This February, SAFRA will be taking part in Exercise SG Ready 2026, a National Total Defence exercise.

As part of this exercise, there will be simulated disruptions in our digital services and club operations on the dates below. These are planned drills to help us better prepare our members, guests and staff for real-life disruptions.

Digital Disruption Simulation Exercise

The SAFRA mobile app, m.safra.sg and treats.safra.sg will be temporarily unavailable as we conduct a digital connectivity disruption simulation.

During this period, you may not be able to:

• Log in to your SAFRA account
• Make or manage bookings via the app or mobile site
• Access selected e-services

Our club staff will remain on hand to assist where possible. We encourage members to plan ahead and complete any urgent online transactions before the exercise period.

This planned exercise reminds us that disruptions can happen anytime, and that we need to be ready for crises and service interruptions together.

Evacuation Simulation Exercise

Per the above dates for respective clubs, an evacuation drill involving a simulated power disruption will be conducted at the clubs. 

During the drill:

• An announcement will be made to start the exercise
• All SAFRA members, guests and staff in the club are required to participate
• Please follow the instructions of our staff and proceed calmly to the designated assembly area
• Lifts may be unavailable; please use the stairways where directed
• Members and patrons are advised not to use the facilities and outlets 15 mins before the evacuation drill.

This is a planned exercise with no cause for alarm. It is an important part of our efforts to ensure that everyone knows what to do and where to go should a real emergency occur.

Guided Bus Tour
[SAFRA Members' Exclusive]

Step aboard a guided bus tour and explore Singapore through the lens of Total Defence. These curated tours offer an engaging way to learn about Singapore’s history, resilience, and preparedness in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

Participants will visit selected locations around Singapore, guided by experienced facilitators who share stories and insights that bring Total Defence to life. Through observation and discussion, families can better understand how everyday spaces connect to Singapore’s security and future.

This guided tour involves a moderate amount of walking, so comfortable footwear is recommended.

*Two-way transportation will be provided from and back to each SAFRA club.

Terms & Conditions:

• 2-way transportation will be provided to and fro between the respective clubs and the tour meeting point.
• Each registration is for 1 pair only.
• It is mandatory for all kids to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Pre-registration will be open until the event date itself; registration will close earlier once the maximum capacity is reached.
• Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. All payments are to be made prior to participating in the activity.
• Complete the entire transaction to checkout with cart payment to ensure a successful registration. Your registration is not successful if you did not receive a receipt via email.
• SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw/amend/append any terms & conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
