How to add SAFRA membership Card Information

• Step 1: Download the ChargEco app.
• Step 2: Access Members Section. Once you're on the app's main dashboard, look for the 'Members' Section'.
• Step 3: Add SAFRA Membership Card Information. On the members page, you'll find an option to 'Add Membership'. Tap on the Add button to proceed.
• Step 4: Enter SAFRA Membership Details. Now, you'll be prompted to enter your SAFRA membership details. Make sure to have a clear photo of your SAFRA membership card, as you'll need to upload it for verification purposes.
• Step 5: Save Membership Card Information. Once you've filled in all the required fields and uploaded the photo, tap the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.
• Please allow some time for the verification process to complete. Once verified, you'll be able to enjoy your EV charging benefits on ChargEco's app.

Start charging with ChargEco app:

• Step 1: Download the ChargEco app and register an account.
• Step 2: Insert charging gun into your vehicle’s charging port and scan the QR code to commence charging.
• Step 3: Monitor the charging status through the app and return the charging gun to complete charging.
