Terms & Conditions:

  • This event is open to SAFRA members only.
  • 2-way transportation will be provided to and fro between the respective clubs and destination.
  • Each registration allows entry for 2 participants.
  • It is mandatory for all kids to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Registration will be open from 15 January 2026. Registration will be closed 3 days before the activity date or once the maximum capacity is reached, whichever earlier.
  • Registration will be on first come first serve basis. All payments are to be made prior to participating in the activity/event/workshop.
  • Complete the entire transaction to checkout with cart payment to ensure a successful registration. Your registration is not successful if you did not receive a receipt via email.
  • Withdrawal/Cancellation: No refunds shall be given if the participant wished to withdraw from event/workshop/course for any reason. No refunds shall be given or make-up session conducted if the participant misses the session for any reason.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless activity/event/workshop/course is being cancelled by SAFRA.
  • SAFRA reserves full rights to cancel or change details of the activity/event/workshop/course without prior notice.
  • The relevant indemnity form shall be filled in by SAFRA members who have registered for the event. Failing which, SAFRA reserves the right to refuse entry to any participants.
