Terms & Conditions:
- This event is open to SAFRA members only.
- 2-way transportation will be provided between SAFRA Punggol/ SAFRA Toa Payoh and Sembawang Air Base. Please select the club which you will be taking the transport from and back to.
- Each registration is for 1 parent & 1 child.
- It is mandatory for all kids to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Registration will be closed 3 days before the activity date or once the maximum capacity is reached, whichever earlier.
- Registration will be on first come first serve basis. All payments are to be made prior to participating in the activity/event/workshop.
- Complete the entire transaction to checkout with cart payment to ensure a successful registration. Your registration is not successful if you did not receive a receipt via email.
- Withdrawal/Cancellation: No refunds shall be given if the participant wished to withdraw from event/workshop/course for any reason. No refunds shall be given or make-up session conducted if the participant misses the session for any reason.
- Payments are non-refundable unless activity/event/workshop/course is being cancelled by SAFRA.
- SAFRA reserves full rights to cancel or change details of the activity/event/workshop/course without prior notice.
- The relevant indemnity form shall be filled in by SAFRA members who have registered for the event. Failing which, SAFRA reserves the right to refuse entry to any participants.
Please note that as you will be entering Sembawang Air Base, you will be required to input you and your children's full name and NRIC upon registration for camp clearance.

(b) I consent to SAFRA’s collection, use and disclosure of my personal data for the purposes of registering and administering the *SAFRA Members’ Exclusive* Visit to Sembawang Air Base on 6 June 2026 [including but not limited to contacting me via email and short message service (SMS) on the event and transmitting my personal data to third parties such as Sembawang Air Base for the purpose of camp clearance prior to entering their premise] and for other applicable purposes as set out in SAFRA’s Privacy Policy (https://www.safra.sg/privacy-policy), as amended from time to time, which outlines how SAFRA manages my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012; and
