How often is the playground sanitised?
The playground is sanitised periodically before, during and after operating hours.
How can I know if the playground is crowded?
You may call any of our outlets to check on the capacity.
What age is considered adults?
14 years old and above.
Does everyone need to wear socks to enter?
Yes, all guests are required to wear socks at all times within the playground and in party rooms.
Can adults enter for free if they are only staying to supervise or sit?
Entry for adults is $5 per person with unlimited time. All guests entering the playground area are required to have a valid entry.
If my adult guests stay strictly inside the party room and do not use the playground, can they enter for free?
In accordance with our booking form, all guests entering the facility are required to have a valid admission. The entry fee for adults is $5 per pax for unlimited time; this includes guests who choose to stay within the party room area.
Is swapping of adults allowed?
Unfortunately, adult entries are non-transferable. Each adult is required to pay a one-time entry fee of $5 for unlimited time.
Could you help me reserve / soft booking for my party booking?
To be fair to all our guests, party bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
Must the SAFRA member be present to utilise the discounted rate for children entry?
Yes. SAFRA member must be present at the point of transaction. Please present the active and live e-card via the SAFRA app for verification to enjoy the member rates.
Can we eat in the playground/ at Splash?
No, consumption of food is not allowed in the playground. However, a quick water break is permissible.
Can I re-enter the facility if I leave for a meal?
Yes, re-entry is allowed. For Splash, please approach our counter to receive a return stamp before leaving. Please be reminded that adult supervision is mandatory; at least one adult must accompany the child in the pool area at all times.
Can I drop off my children after purchasing their tickets?
Adult supervision is highly recommended for children entering the play area. It is compulsory for children 5 years old and below to have an accompanying adult. Splash would require adult supervision at all times.
How do I check in for a Birthday party?
Please quote the birthday child's name, party room
The total number of Adults and Children in your group.
Is towel provided at Splash?
No, however you may purchase at the counter.
Is the pool heated?
Pool temperature is regulated. (environmental ambiance temperature may alter pool temperature)
Is there a dress code for the pool?
Yes. Only swimwear or dry-fit material is allowed. Cotton clothing is strictly prohibited inside the pool area.
Are we allowed to shower at Splash after our play?
Yes, you may access the shower facilities after your playtime at Splash.
Is the shower heated at Splash?
Yes, there is hot and cold water in the shower.
Is climbing up slides permitted?
For the safety of our guests, climbing up any slide is not allowed. Please use the designated stairs or climbing structures to reach the top.
Is Splash staff life guard?
Our staffs are Pool Guardians/Play Specialists who are trained in first aid and emergency response to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all children.
Are there any options for online ticket purchases, membership registration or party room bookings direct through our platform?
Currently, we do not offer online ticket purchases, membership registration or party room booking directly through our platform.
Tickets can be purchased online through our authorised partners (Klook, Kkday, Trip, Pelago and Lazada) Please note that ickets purchased through these platforms are sold at non-member rates and member discounts or privileges do not apply.
