General Information

How do I sign up for EnergyOne?

You can sign up for an EnergyOne gym membership by visiting any of our EnergyOne service counters located at SAFRA clubs. Please bring along your NRIC and SAFRA Membership Card (if applicable) for verification.

Can my wife, who is a SAFRA Dependent Member, join EnergyOne?

Yes, SAFRA Dependent Members are eligible to join EnergyOne. Explore the available membership types here.

My child is 15 years old. Can he join EnergyOne?

We regret that the minimum age for EnergyOne gym membership and usage is 16 years old for safety reasons.

I'm already a SAFRA Member. Why must I also sign up as an EnergyOne Member to enjoy the gym?

SAFRA Membership offers access to a wide range of lifestyle benefits and complimentary swimming pool access. As EnergyOne caters to a specific segment with specialized equipment and facilities, a nominal fee is charged separately. This approach keeps SAFRA Membership fees affordable while offering premium gym services to members who wish to use them.

Can I transfer my EnergyOne membership to someone else?

EnergyOne memberships are non-transferable. Each membership is tied to the individual member’s NRIC and SAFRA record.

Is there a cooling-off period after I sign up?

There is no cooling-off period for EnergyOne gym memberships. Members are advised to consider their decision carefully before signing up.

Cancellations, Waivers and Suspensions

How do I cancel my EnergyOne Membership?

To cancel your membership, you may obtain and submit the Membership Termination Request Form at any EnergyOne service counter or email the completed form to EnergyOne@safra.sg.

I am unable to use the gym for a period of time. Can I suspend my membership and for how long?

Suspension (waiver) may be granted for:

  • In-Camp Training (minimum 14 days)
  • Medical conditions (hospitalisation, surgery, or major illness)

A Waiver Application Form must be completed with supporting documents submitted. You may obtain the form at any EnergyOne service counter or request it via EnergyOne@safra.sg.

Approval is subject to EnergyOne's assessment.

I am travelling for business. What are the conditions to qualify me for a waiver of my EnergyOne membership?

Members going overseas for study or work assignments for two (2) months or longer may apply for an Absent Membership.

  • A $5.40 administrative fee (inclusive of GST) per month applies.
  • Application must be submitted at least two weeks before the intended absence date.
  • Supporting documents must accompany the application.

Submit the form either at any EnergyOne service counter or email EnergyOne@safra.sg.

Renewal

What is the maximum renewal tenure?

Members may renew their gym membership for a maximum tenure of two (2) years.

What are the eligibility conditions for renewal?

  • Applicable for Platinum, Platinum Dependent, Term All-Day, and Term Off-Peak Memberships.
  • Renewal rates prevailing at the time of renewal will apply.
  • No additional discounts or retroactive adjustments are allowed.
  • Renewal must be completed before membership expiry to avoid rejoining as a new member.
