What are the new Safety Management Measures taken at Kidz Amaze / Splash?

  • Safe Entry check in & check out
  • Temperature Taking - Contactless payment is encouraged over the counter
  • Limit capacity per play session
  • Due to limited capacity, we allow 1 accompanying adult per child
  • All staff and visitors to don on face mask at all times
  • Visitors to Splash will be required to don mask at all times except when playing in the water
  • Kidz Amaze Indoor Playground will require all children above 12 years old and accompanying adults to be fully vaccinated in order to be allowed admission
  • Demarcation of seating areas
  • Safe Distancing markings of at least 1m apart will be enforced
  • Automated Hand Sanitisers are available within the premise
  • Staff will be present to enforce safe distancing between groups at the playground

Are we required to make booking in advance?

Due to limited capacity, we strongly encourage visitors to book in advance by calling our counter or email us during operating hours. Walk-ins will be subject to availability.

Is there any limited play time?

Yes, each play session will be for 1.5 hours.

What time are the play sessions?

Our Play Sessions are as follows:
Mon - Fri : 1pm - 2.30pm / 3pm - 4.30pm / 5pm - 6.30pm
Sat, Sun, PH & Sch Hols : 11am - 12.30pm / 1pm - 2.30pm / 3pm - 4.30pm / 5pm - 6.30pm

Are there any changes to your operating hours?

Yes, our new operating hours (Post Circuit Breaker) are as follows:
Mon - Fri: 1pm - 7pm
Sat, Sun, PH & Sch Hols: 11am - 7pm

Can I book multiple play sessions per day?

Yes, you may book multiple sessions subject to availability. Do be advised that each session is subject to a new charge.

If I arrive earlier than my play session, will I be allowed to go in?

No, you will be allowed to go in only at your allocated timing.

What happens if I arrive late for my play session?

You will still be allowed admission but there will not be any extension of playtime. We will hold your reservation for 15 mins from your allocated start time. After which, we will release your reservation.

Are we required to wear mask in the playground?

Yes, we will require everyone to don on face mask in the playground.

Can the kid wear face shield instead of face mask?

No, we will require the child to wear a face mask.

Are face masks provided?

No, face mask will not be provided. Please bring your own mask. You will not be allowed entry without a face mask.

Do you sell face masks at the counter?

No, we do not have mask on sales at the playground.

How often is the playground sanitised?

The playground is sanitised regularly -- before opening, between each play slot and after closing.

How can I know if the playground is crowded?

You may call any of our outlets to check on the capacity:

Will there be anyone to supervise the play?

Yes, our staff will be supervising the play to ensure safe distancing.

Are we able to celebrate our child's birthday during this phase?

No, birthday celebration is temporarily suspended till further notice.

Are we allowed to shower at Splash after our play session?

No, you are encouraged to leave Splash after the play session has ended.

Can we eat in the playground/ at Splash?

No, consumption of food is not allowed. However, a quick water break is permissible.

Will there be any priority for Kidz Amaze or SAFRA Members?

No, due to limited capacity, we will go on first come first serve basis.

How long in advance can we book our slot?

You may book your slot up to 14 days in advance. Eg if you want to visit us on 14 Sep, you can call us or email us earliest on 1 Sep to make a reservation.
