Are we required to make booking in advance?

No reservation is required and unlimited playtime applies for all 3 Kidz Amaze Outlets starting from 25 Mar 2022 (Friday)

Admission is on first-come-first-serve basis and will be subject to availability.

Is there any limited play time?

Unlimited playtime applies from 25 Mar 2022 onwards. 

What are your current operating hours?

Our operating hours are as follows:
Mon - Fri: 1pm - 7pm
Sat, Sun, PH & Sch Hols: 10am - 7pm 

Are we required to wear mask in the playground?

With effect from 29 Aug 2022, mask wearing is optional at all Kidz Amaze Outlets.

How often is the playground sanitised?

The playground is sanitised periodically before, during and after operating hours.

How can I know if the playground is crowded?

You may call any of our outlets to check on the capacity:

Are we able to celebrate our child's birthday during this phase?

Yes, we are open for birthday party bookings at all our outlets. 

Are we allowed to shower at Splash after our play?

Yes, you may access the shower facilities after your playtime at Splash.

Can we eat in the playground/ at Splash?

No, consumption of food is not allowed. However, a quick water break is permissible.
